The Breakfast Club is how I want to live my life; wake up, workout, and get my day started. The class aims to holistically take care of building and maintaining our bodies. Workouts are planned with a cobination of cardio, strength, HIIT and mobility. Join the other amazing women in the community who have also chosen to prioritise their longevity and health with consistent movement.
