Wake Up and Work Out with the Breakfast Club! Start your day with Gym Romance each week with our live online classes. The class aims to holistically take care of building and maintaining our bodies. Workouts offer a mix of strength, cardio, HIIT and mobility. Join the other amazing women in the community who have also chosen to prioritise their longevity and health with consistent movement.

All fitness levels are welcome.

Zoom | 6:30 am (SAST) | 40 mins incl warm-up

Every Monday -Lower Body Strength

Wednesday - Arm, Abs and Core

Friday - Full Body Sweat 

You'll need a Yoga Mat, a resistance and a bootie band. Dumbbells are a plus (becoming a must). If you do not have equipment bodyweight options will be given. You will need access to a phone/laptop to sign into Zoom.

The Breakfast Club is how I want to live my life; wake up, workout, and get my day started. The class aims to holistically take care of building and maintaining our bodies. Workouts are planned with a cobination of cardio, strength, HIIT and mobility.     Your healthy body image approach has also helped me SO much with my approach to my exercise and how I think about myself. Instead of squatting to get a bum for a bum that looks perfect, I squat so I can run and climb, instead of push-ups to get rid of flabby arms I do it because it keeps me strong and stops spasms. I love training with you and I am grateful La.
