    This is a 6-week program that launches on the 1st of February 2024. It is designed for two types of runners, absolute beginners (First 5KM) and those who want to run a better and stronger 5KM distance (Stronger 5KM). 

    The running program will be delivered via an App and PDF, along with Strength and mobility training workouts to perform.

    Hi Lauren-Kate here, Personal Trainer and Coach! I am a running enthusiast. Infact, I started running recreationally at the age of 14 and have been on-and-off ever since.

    In 2023 I ran three marathons (including an ultra), improved my 21 km time, and spent many many hours on the road. Over this time I gained a lot of insight about running economy, performance, training styles and how to fuel my runs.

    Personally, I am by no means the fastest runner, but rather enjoy distance. I enjoy facing the goals I have set for myself. Running truly brigs me a lot of Joy.
