    Join An Abby a Day and GR for a 6-week program that launches on the 21st of October 2024. The Flexi 5KM CLUB is a super accessible run/walk journey with 4 programs to choose from; whether you're walking, running or improving your 5KM distance we have something for you!

    The running program will be delivered via an App and PDF, along with Strength and mobility training workouts to perform.

    Hi Lauren-Kate here, I’m a recreational runner who decided to go all the way. When I say all the way—I finished my first Comrades this year. It sounds crazy to me too.

    I believe that running is a sport for e-v-e-r-y-b-o-dy. It can be enjoyed solo, or in community, it is challenging and empowering, and it makes me believe that overcoming hard obstacles is possible!

    Hi, I am Abby! I’m by no means one of those ultra-athletes you see all over your IG. I enjoy a 5k with friends, preferably followed by a coffee & sweet treat or a beer.

    The best part about running for me? The community, cheering each other on to reach new distances. I’ve got running goals too, so I’ll be right there with you during the challenge. Let’s do this together! 🏃‍♀️💨
